| Context:Situated in Grenoble, the Institut Laue-Langevin (ILL) is an international centre for research using neutrons. Currently it provides the most intense neutron source in the world. There are around 470 highly qualified employees (physician, engineers, technical staff, etc.) working at the research centre. As an internationally-financed scientific facility with 13 different partner states, the research institute naturally has a very international approach in matters of recruitment. Project:The ILL needed a European on-line recruitment campaign with an emphasis on France, Germany and the United Kingdom. | Context:Stratégie & Action GmbH is a Franco-German consulting agency assisting more than 200 companies a year with their market entry and development in the neighbouring country. They handle the business development including recruitment, sales network establishment, key account management as well as business relocation and M & A. Project:The different temporary recruitment missions for their customers require a constant optimising of the on-line recruitment activities in both Germany and France. This includes customising job adverts to the intercultural context. Another challenge was the centralisation of all recruitment campaigns into a tailor-made recruitment software package (on-line advert and application management), especially developed for their business needs. The company has a strong annual recruitment need, especially for engineers.
