Younger employees more satisfied, yet more likely to leave, says study
Mercer survey, conducted among almost 30.000 workers in 17 markets, reveals a paradox:
Workers aged 34 and younger are more willing to leave their company than older colleagues. Yet they seem to be more satisfied with conditions at work and would not hesitate to recommend them as a good place to work.
