According to our latest report on European job boards, published in June 2008, the number of job advertisements being published is rising steadily and the top priority for the industry is to drive more candidate traffic to their sites. To do this, job boards are now including, for example, video, more general information for candidates such as salary surveys and interview techniques and are refining their CV databases.
