Bombardiers passion is to reunite people all around the world. This world leader in the production of trains and planes is present in more than 60 countries over 5 continents. So, the problematic was to know how to cover the international recruitment needs.

Aktor Interactive answered with a two steps plan:

  • Deployment of an advertising campaign across Europe to optimize the visibility of Bombardiers recruitments and generate qualified candidates in the targeted countries
  • Banner campaigns to increase the career sites traffic

To do this, we proposed a media consultancy (with an identification of the most relevant sites / jobboards), made media purchases, adapted the ads to different media and of course tracked all returns.
